    Clockworks.com is located in Huntington, MA. We are in old clock country here as Huntington is the home to the Huntington watch company. We are less than two hours from the retired factories of Gilbert, Seth Thomas, New Haven, Waterbury, Ansonia and Bristol. These are all big names in the clock industry. We are also less than two hours from the home of Chelsea and the NAWCC clock and watch museum.

    Being in the heart of all this keeps us very busy with clock repair as well as the support for replacement movements produced by the largest makers of the world today. We have an approximate turn around time of 4-6 weeks on repairs unless parts must be made or imported specially for your clock movement. Our phone lines are available for your questions, and of course orders, but please be ready when you call with this as we take on many calls.

International Orders

    Clockworks.com is in USA. Your orders are welcome but unfortunately the cart will not calculate shipping to your country unless UPS is selected and this could be quite expensive. United States Postal Service is LESS cost but the cart does not calculate this.

    If you would like to order from our site but do not want to pay high shipping charges, please just place your order with the small postal price option (USA ONLY price) and then we will calculate your real postage on USPS.com and let you know how much the difference will be and email you this price. 

    We will have your credit card number on file, so we would only need confirmation from the email we send you that it is ok to run the card for the amount we quote. 

Returns

    If you ordered the wrong item or you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, please send it back with a note telling us what you would like. Sometimes we get things back with no note, and we have no idea what to do with it, so please be sure to include the note with your information and what you would like.

    On mechanical clock movements that are returned for credit, we need the original packaging back with it. Otherwise we will not get credit from the factory and no one else will want to buy it without the packaging. If returning it for an exchange or repair, we do not need the original packaging back, only if you want a credit.

Catalog:

    Due to the constantly changing inventory and price fluctuations in this industry, we do not print a physical catalog. We instead try to keep this website up to date as much as possible with the current stock and pricing. Even still we end up with items sometimes on back order, if you are in a rush for a certain product, best to be sure it is in stock before you order it next day air or similar.
