To determine your ideal pendulum length, go from the top of the 12cm movement down to the very bottom of where you would want the pendulum to end. This is the CM length you would want to choose below. In other words the pendulums CM length is measured from the top of the movement all the way down to the bottom of the pendulum bob.

This is the commenly used movement in kitchen clocks or gingerbread clocks. It will strike out whatever time it is and then strike once on the half hour. This kit includes the strike gong that is not shown but does not include a dial. You will have to choose a dial from the dial page and drill holes to be able to wind the clock.
