Bezel Page Notes
Here you will find Clock Dials Bezels and also glass. It is confusing sometimes to get the bezel and then the glass and then the dial all separate and try to put them all together, it is best to get the bezel glass and dial all together if you can so it's already made for each other. However there are limited sizes of these complete units, sometimes it will be required to get the individual component and match them all together.
Bezels and dials for spring units
If you have a spring driven clock the dial would need to be drilled to wind the clock.
If this is the situation, we offer clock dial grommets to make the holes pretty below as well.
The holes drilled would need to be 3/8 of an inch usually.
One piece Clock Bezels. Glass is not included. Hinge, latch and glass tabs included but not soldered on the larger sizes. Measurements are outside diameters.
One piece Clock Bezels with installed glass. The hinge, latch and glass tabs are included and soldered. The measurements listed are the total outside diameter.
Bezel/crystal/dials feature a solid brass diamond cut bezel, curved glass lens and a metal dial and back plate. This is the friction fit style so the bezel / glass comes off by twisting and then pull off to get to the dial.
Hinged bezel with a Ivory Arabic dial and a installed convex glass for the 1050 / 1051 Series. This 7 inch wide bezel dial glass combination comes assembled and ready to mount. The small brass nails are included to mount this to the wood clock case. The dial has the drilled winding hole pattern for these movements 351 / 350 / 1050 / 1051 however the left 3oclock selector has three songs and silent listed rather than Westminster / chime only. So its intended to use with the triple chime 1050 / 1051 movement series.
Item #BZ1051IA7H - $75
Flat round clock glass gets measured from one side to the other, the overal width. Please take into account that the glass has to be wider than the opening in the bezel, but not so big that it is too wide for the glass tabs to lock it into place.
Round flat - Item # BZ1
Convex round clock glass gets measured from one side to the other, the overall width. Please take into account that the glass has to be wider than the opening in the bezel, but not so big that it is too wide for the glass tabs to lock it into place.
Round Convex - Item #BZ2
Matching up Glass
The glass has to fit into the bezel and has to be perfect, not too small so it falls out of the bezel and not so big it will not fit into the bezel clips.
So to get the proper size glass, measure exactly how wide you would like the glass so it will not be too big for the bezel clips and not so small it falls out the front.
