This Clock Pivot Reaching Tool is 10 inches long and is useful when reassembling the clock movement.
It is, of course, a challenge to get the pivots to go into the holes in the outer clock plates. A pivot is the skinny end of a wheel arbor that goes into the pivot holes in the outer brass plates.
