Urgos
Urgos clock movements are mechanical clock mechanisms made by the German company, Urgos Uhrenfabrik. Found in 1926, they gained a reputation for manufacturing high-quality clock movements. Known for their precision and reliability. These movements are made with precision gears, springs, and escapements. Thus allowing for accurate timekeeping. Urgos movements are in a variety of clocks. Some of these include wall clocks, mantle clocks, and grandfather clocks. The company ceased production in the early 2000s. However they were sold so many of their clock movements are still available. There is an old numbering system for the movements that is no longer valid. So make sure to look at the conversion chart to get the new movement number.
