On 6/23/23 I bought a 32/1 movement and a Urgos Pendulum and I couldn’t be happier. The grandmother clock worked perfectly until a week or so ago. Now it keeps stopping. I reset the time and reset the weights and start the pendulum and for about an hour or so it runs perfectly then it stops again. Could it be a weak spring? I miss the chimes. Help!!!
Not a week spring. Try putting in beat see this link

If it does not work it is just time for the new unit. Yours is over 45 years old, these are 30 year movement tops.
