My Junghans strike fly is completely missing on a estate sale purchase of a 113a mantel clock. Where can I find a replacement for both the strike and chime.

The chime train on my Keininger KSU78 suddenly started running continuously until the driving cable was fully unwound. The movement was new in 2017 (replacing a previous movement dating to 1980) and was last oiled about 3 years ago. Other than this issue, the clock works very well (less than one minute off per week). Is this likely a simple needs-oiling issue? If so, what points should be oiled. (I am a complete amateur, if that is not already obvious.)

I am looking for the metal piece that is attached to the top of the movement where suspension spring hangs to Original Kieninger 78K 116cm movement.
Also interested to know the size and cost of suspension spring, pendulum leader, three pullies for hanging weights along with metal piece.
