The chime train on my Keininger KSU78 suddenly started running continuously until the driving cable was fully unwound. The movement was new in 2017 (replacing a previous movement dating to 1980) and was last oiled about 3 years ago. Other than this issue, the clock works very well (less than one minute off per week). Is this likely a simple needs-oiling issue? If so, what points should be oiled. (I am a complete amateur, if that is not already obvious.)
