I just bought a Howard Miller clock, used but in great shape. It has the Kieninger KRSU movement. It chimes correctly but at the hour it gives only one gong, regardless of the actual time. Is this correct?

I’m repairing a Kienenger 83K 100cm movement. While oiling I noticed that the clutch and verge has been bent and the pin that goes through the pendulum is broken off. Are these parts available?
